Zach Szablewski

I’m an ultra-runner, birder, parrot/dog/chicken/gecko caretaker, Physical Therapist, and blog writer. I began running in the winter of 2005 have continued running since. I hope to cover 150,000 running miles in my lifetime. I started my blog, Harriers to Chadron in September 2013 and enjoy recalling my adventures through words and photographs. I live and train in Ravensdale, Washington with Ravens Ridge out my back door and close access to Mount Rainier to my south and the Issy Alps to my north. I’ve enjoyed running in my home state of Ohio, my wife’s home state of Pennsylvania, Colorado, Texas, Washington, and many beautiful places in between. My wife is a wildlife biologist and we love all wild things.
