Cougar/Squak Loop. This is my typical spring/summer long run. Take the Golf Course trail into Cougar Mountain. Run up to Wilderness Peak, down the cliffs to the West Access trail into Squak Mountain. Tag Central and West Peaks and head down the Margaret trail. Then exit Squak and enter back into Cougar via the Wilderness Trailhead. Run past Wilderness Peak, over Longview Peak and then onto Marshall Hill. Take the Cross Town trail back to the apartment. I would typically meet up with Apryle and we would do an out and back on May Creek.
